A new year, a new you (whatever that means), and New Horror 2019 to rock your world. Well, we hope it does.
That’s why The Last Knock has scoured media resources to give you a bloody taste of what’s coming. For New Horror 2019 we won’t just look at all the commercial crap coming your way, but what independent filmmakers are ready to deliver.
We’ll also take a look at sequels and remakes – and explain why Hollywood loves remakes – so you can avoid or book your theatre seat now.
Titles to Watch For
There are certainly too many titles to name, but keep some of these New Horror 2019 titles in mind:
Automata, Crawl or Die II, Deep Clean, House Call, Human No More, Mortal Remains 2: Cult Movie, Replace Yourself, and The Silence.
Hollywood fare will include what may become two of the biggest hits: It: Chapter 2 and Jordan Peele’s Us.
But there are many more on the way, and we do our best to touch on all we can.
