The Last Knock opens the door to Lloyd Kaufman…

Lloyd Kaufman in Tromaville

I had the honor and pleasure of being welcomed into Tromaville to interview Lloyd Kaufman.

Members of the Troma Team, John, Tony, and Camden greeted filmmaker Luz Cabrales of Scranton Films and me at the door. They welcomed us into their #TromaNow world, and you’ll hear more about that in a future article on Crash Palace.

Lloyd is a generous and passionate soul and is the voice of Troma, which has been rocking the horror world for 45 years.

It’s safe to say that Lloyd Kaufman isn’t just the king of independent cinema but of independent horror…

The Interview

The Last Knock horror podcast never edits an interview, and after seven years, we’re not going to start now.

If you know Lloyd Kaufman and have heard him speak, you understand that he gives a damn about people and if something isn’t right, he’s going to say something about it.

Many have tried to censor him over the decades, but I’m not one of them.

Unfortunately, due to bandwidth issues, I cannot post the 90-minute video of the interview, but hope to find another outlet for that soon. In the meantime, listen in and enjoy the conversation with the great Lloyd Kaufman, Luz, and me.

Look for Lloyd at a conference or festival near you, and don’t forget to check out Troma Entertainment on YouTube.
