The Last Knock presents: Flowers of Horror

THE LAST KNOCK opens the door to Flowers of Horror…

Flowers Bloom in Blood

The show may be a take on John Lydon’s “Flowers of Romance,” but there’s no denying a flower’s place in horror.

Okay, The Last Knock didn’t even consider such an idea until the Magnificent Dave K joked that the duo do a show on flowers in horror. Shortly after, the lovely Kim McDonald said she’d love to hear such a podcast. This show is dedicated to both of those budding personas.

The idea took root and cultivating such a show wasn’t as difficult as Billy and Jonny had thought.

Fields of Flowers

Part of what makes horror cinema unique is that anything can become the “uncanny.” That means, something mundane or innocuous can become horrific.

Flowers are something special, spots of vibrant beauty in Mother Nature’s palette. But what if flowers could become something to fear? The Last Knock looks at those tales of terror where beauty becomes the beast. Places where gardeners and those wishing to smell the flowers would grimace and run for cover.

Join us for a walk in the park where the flowers are not what they seem…
