Debbie Rochon: More and a Scream Queen

Many horror fans may consider the phenomenal Debbie Rochon one of the premier Scream Queens, but she’s so much more.

A well trained actress, Debbie has taken to the stage as well as to the big and small screens. But she’s also a producer, director, screenwriter, as well as an upcoming author.

As for films, Debbie Rochon has appeared in over 250 projects, from the works of Troma and independent horror films, to many outside the genre.

Keep Moving Forward

Since her first appearance in Ladies and Gentlemen, the Fabulous Stains, a punk rock feature, Debbie Rochon has never sat idle. She’s worked hard to make it on her own terms in an industry that has been unkind to many. But she has prevailed and succeeded where so many have given up. Maybe that’s why when we see her on screen, Debbie has that look in her eye. It’s one of confidence from a tested tenure.

Always moving forward, she sits down with Billy Crash to talk about her birthplace of Vancouver, a bit about her time in the industry, and her first book. It’s an autobiography, and will be available around the start of a new – and hopefully better – year.
